When you choose Turkey's official shipping company PTT and fast cargo option, you can send to any place that DHL shipping company reaches. For various reasons, some countries do not receive shipping from time to time. In such cases, you will be informed. And your order will be canceled and your money will be returned to you. You will be informed when it is possible to send it again. You can order again if you wish.
There are two shipping options, economical and fast. When you enter the address information after adding a product to the cart, you can see the shipping fee amounts.
Shipping times reported to you on the site are approximate. This period may be extended depending on the shipping company, your country's customs procedures and other reasons. For the economical cargo option, Turkish shipping company PTT says that after receiving your package, it will deliver the package to the destination country within 3 days. If the estimated time reported to you on the site has passed, please contact the local official shipping company with your tracking number. You can also contact me by mail or whatsapp.
The customer is responsible for any taxes and import charges that may arise during the delivery of the package for international orders. Countries have different laws. Tax and import fees and their collection methods also differ. It will be more beneficial for you to have prior knowledge of your country's import taxes.
You can send your purchased products to anyone you want. For this, it is sufficient to enter the information of the person to whom the products will be sent to the shipping address section. Please note that import duties may be requested from the person to whom the package will be delivered. An invoice will also be included with the package.

In cases where the product is returned for any reason not caused by the seller, the customer is informed by mail or whatsapp. In case the package is sent again, the customer pays the additional shipping fee. Each shipping fee covers the one-time shipping cost of the package.
